Because of the spread of coronavirus worldwide, it is the need of the day to provide insurance through telephone testing. For anyone who wants term insurance up to Rs 2 crore and a medical cover of up to Rs 1 crore, the facility will be of great benefit in the current era. This telemedical process is entirely within the purview of the insurance regulator IRDA's rules and is customer-wise. However, if the customer gives false information on the phone and is proved during the investigation, then the insurance company will have every right to dismiss the insurance claim.
