ICICI Bank facilitates cardless cash withdrawals to its customers. Through this facility, customers can withdraw cash safely from the bank's ATM without a debit / ATM card. The process of withdrawing cash from ATMs is possible without using a debit card through ICICI Bank's mobile app, 'iMobile.' Customers can withdraw more than 15,000 cash from the bank at a time. This is a convenient and straightforward way to withdraw cash without using a debit card.
What is the iMobile app:
- There is no need to carry and use a debit card or ATM PIN to withdraw cash for daily use.
- Available everywhere: Available at over 15,000 ICICI Bank ATMs.
- Can withdraw up to 20,000 cash daily.
- It's safe to withdraw cash using iMobile.
How to take advantage of this iMobile app:
- Log into the 'iMobile' app
- Now, select 'Services' and 'Cash Withdrawal at ICICI Bank ATM.'
- Enter the amount, choose the account number, create and submit a 4 digit temporary PIN.
- You will get an OTP
- You can go to any ICICI Bank ATM
- Now, select cardless cash withdrawal and go to 'Mobile Number' and Reference OTP Number.'
- Enter your temporary PIN and then select the amount for withdrawal.
- OTP for cash withdrawals valid till midnight the next day.
State Bank of India (SBI) facilitates its customers to withdraw cardless cash through SBI's Yono app.
