Government To Sell Stake In These Two Government Organizations!!! Know All Updates

The public authority will sell its stake in these two government organizations, 900 crores will go to the depository. The public authority will sell a 20% stake in National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) and a 10 percent stake in National Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) through an open deal offering during the current monetary year. The Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) has welcomed offers from dealer financiers to deal with this proposed share deal. 

The public authority holds 74.71 percent in National Fertilizers Limited and 75 percent in RCF. The NFL has announced Profit after charge during the year 2020-21 as Rs 198 crore. In September 2020, the total assets of the organization were assessed at Rs 2,117 crore. Simultaneously, during the monetary year 2019-20, the net benefit of RCF has assessed at Rs 208.15 crore and the total assets of the organization were Rs 3,186.27 crore as of March 2020. The public authority will draw near to Rs 500 crore from the offer of a 20% stake in the NFL on the current market estimation of the organizations, while the offer of a 10% stake in the ACF will bring around Rs 400 crore.

The organization's market cap is 2668 crores. The stock has fallen by 12% in a month. Over the most recent three months, it has given 24%, 44% year-on-year, and 130 percent returns in a year. 

National Chemicals share Execution
